No one can prepare you for the moment that you are diagnosed with breast cancer. However, as survivors and thrivers ourselves, we can use our experience to come together and offer the best tangible guidance as you navigate the first 30 days of your diagnosis. 

Together with 10TV’s Yolanda Harris and The RealReal, we hosted a classic summer celebration on September 1st set against a backdrop of vibrant florals and the beautiful Columbus cityscape. 

The evening was filled with great drinks and live music, while guests customized their own floral arrangements and explored the on-site permanent jewelry bar.

A breast cancer diagnosis can bring overwhelming emotional and physical challenges, and the financial burden is often a significant part of the stress. The Thriving Beyond Breast Cancer financial aid guide aims to help younger women navigate available options to ease their journey.

They quickly learned that there are many unique complexities to the young adult experience of breast cancer.

Soon after, they began to participate in the podcast, Survive + Thrive, where they heard countless stories of young women who were struggling financially, mentally, and physically.

Bess and Elisa wanted to do more to help these women, and TBBC was the result.

Meet Bess & Elisa

Co-founders Bess Hagans and Elisa DiMeo were diagnosed with breast cancer at age 32 and 24, respectively, and shortly after diagnosis, discovered a world of support through the online young breast cancer community.
